Sue Song has performed in major concert Halls in Korea, Paris, Seoul, New York, including three solo concerts at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall. She has also given solo concerts in Korea, Italy, England, Ireland, Hungary and Australia, as well as throughout the United States.
Miss Song is one of the most moving pianists for her energetic style, captivating audiences worldwide with her refined artistry and soulful musical connection. Background and Path
Born in Seoul, Korea, Miss Song immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of fourteen, while attending high school in Atlanta, she won many statewide competitions, as well as the prestigious Kingsville International Music Competition in Texas. Miss Song earned her bachelor of Music in piano from the Oberlin Conservatory (scholarship) and went on to receive the Superieur Concertist in performance at Centre Conservatoire in Paris under the Harriet Wooley Scholarship of the Fulbright Association. From there, she went to the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary where she continued her post-graduate studies. Miss Song now lives in Stamford, Connecticut where she teaches and continues to perform.
